Great location near Lotte World, Lotte World Mall, and Jamsil Station. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent view of the lake. Many useful amenities. a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when I got sick. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. It was also conveniently close to Jamsil station, making transportation easy.
